About the Role
We’re seeking a (Senior) Contract Manager (m/f/d) to join our team and contribute to a transformative offshore wind project. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking initiative and help deliver sustainable energy solutions.
Role Scope
You’ll oversee contract management activities related to the OSS supply contract within the ACO project.
Key responsibilities
- General contract administration for Transport & Installation (T&I) and vessel (sub)contracts.
- Evaluation and negotiation of variation orders and claims.
- Review, evaluation, and internal alignment of incoming contractual correspondence.
- Drafting, alignment, and preparation of outgoing contractual correspondence.
- Management of additional offshore contracts (e.g., Jack-Up Barges, surveys).
- Reporting on financial and contract management-related KPIs.
- Active participation as part of the contract management team.
What You Bring to the Team
We’re looking for a highly skilled professional with the following qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Sourcing Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in plant construction projects, particularly in offshore wind.
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of managing complex T&I contracts and subcontracts.
- Familiarity with BIMCO contracts, especially for Jack-Up Barge charters.
- Expertise in claims management and complex contractual negotiations.
Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in English and German
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Structured, goal-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
