Educational Methodology
The TPM pedagogical model is based on the use of a learning structure that facilitates the access to an educational environment through learning and communication tools, teaching resources, and continuous pedagogic advice from the faculty members and educational staff.
Knowledge transferability is done in a continuous and direct way to improve the work of the student. The teaching materials are designed to allow the students to be their own learning administrators.
- Online modality. The program is carried out online and includes theory, practical exercises, and simulations that emulate the whole donation process.
- Support. The faculty teams act as tutors promoting communication and guiding the students throughout their learning process.
- Feedback. A system of continuous evaluation assesses the accomplishment of the learning objectives and the student’s grade of satisfaction.
